Vinyl Record Purchase Process

1. Purchase Process

  • Customers simply add their desired vinyl records to the shopping cart, fill in their shipping information, and complete the payment process to complete their order.
  • The system will instantly confirm the order and arrange for shipment within the specified timeframe.
  • Payment will be automatically processed at checkout.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

3. Delivery Service

Hong Kong

  • All orders are shipped via SF Express (collection).
  • All shipments will be provided with a tracking number for tracking purposes.
  • Items will be shipped within 2 business days of order receipt.
  • Generally, customers can expect to receive their items within 2 business days.

Mainland China and Taiwan

  • Regardless of order quantity: A shipping fee of HK$50 per order is charged.
  • All orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post, and all shipments will be provided with a tracking number for tracking purposes.
  • Items will be shipped within 2 business days of order receipt.
    Generally, customers can expect to receive their items within 7 to 14 business days.

4. Self-collection Service

We do not have a physical store, so we do not offer self-collection service.

5. Record Condition
Used vinyl records are often collected over many years and will inevitably show signs of wear and tear. The condition of these records varies from person to person. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.

We only sell records in the following five conditions:

  • 100% Clean: Brand new, unopened
  • 97% Clean: No scratches, near new
  • 95% Clean: Normal signs of wear and tear
  • 93% Clean: Minor scratches, no impact on playability
  • 90% Clean: Slight scratches, no impact on playability

6. Others

  • Once payment is made and shipped, no returns or exchanges are accepted.
  • Our company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
